A general purpose hotmelt rubber/resin based permanent double sided tape. The product PH2421 Is our general economy tissue tape.
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION
Liner: 65g siliconized release paper
Carrier: 13G tissue
Adhesive: synthetic rubber based with 32gsm on both open and closed sides
Total thickness: 132 micron
PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES
Peel adhesion to steel (24-hour dwell) protected 1300 N/M open 1300 N/M
Shear adhesion to steel: protected 100 hours open 100 hours
Service temperature range: -0°C to 70°C
Recommended application temperature: 10°C to 50°C
Shelf life: Recommended 12 months from supply
