A general purpose hotmelt rubber/resin based permanent double sided tape. The product PH2461 Is higher in coat weight than the PH 2421

Liner: 65g siliconized release paper
Carrier: 13G tissue
Adhesive: synthetic rubber based with 45gsm on both open and closed sides
Total thickness: 155 micron
PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES
Peel adhesion to steel (24-hour dwell) protected 1500 N/M open 1500 N/M
Shear adhesion to steel: protected 100 hours open 100 hours
Service temperature range: -0°C to 70°C
Recommended application temperature: 10°C to 50°C
Shelf life: Recommended 12 months from supply

Crafts, Bonding of card, paper, glass, fabrics and steel, foams, rubbers and some plastics
FOOD CONTACT INFORMATION
Based on supplier information the components of the adhesive conform to the compositional requirements of F&DA 175.105 for indirect food contact. Additional to this compliance there should also be a functional barrier between adhesive and the food. Such functional barrier and determination of suitability are the responsibility of the customer.
