PH 3813
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
PH 3813 is a permanent polypropylene tape on a heat cuttable filmic liner using a high performance permanent rubber adhesive. PH 3813 can be manufactured in red, blue or clear film and is produced in finger-lift for easily removal.
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION
Liner: 50g filmic liner
Carrier: 18g polypropylene
Adhesive: synthetic rubber based with 32gsm on both open and closed sides
Total thickness: 135 micron
PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES
Peel adhesion to steel (24-hour dwell) protected 1400 N/M open 1400 N/M
Shear adhesion to steel: protected 25 hours open 25 hours
Service temperature range: -20°C to 65°C
Recommended application temperature: 5°C to 50°C
Shelf life: Recommended 12 months from supply
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Sealing of polyethylene bubble bags

PH 3813 Is available in all finger-lift sizes and in pancake rolls or spools
