PH 4153F is a modified acrylic tape which has a permanent adhesive, polyester carrier on a heat cuttable filmic liner. Widely used in bonding applications for polythene bags, it also has good resistance to UV light and temperature variations. PH 4153F is available with red, blue or clear film liner, produced in finger-lift for easy removal.

Adhesive: 25gsm of modified acrylic on both open and closed sides.

Sealing of polythene bags
Based on supplier information the components of the adhesive conform to the compositional requirements of F&DA 175.105 for indirect food contact. Additional to this compliance there should also be a functional barrier between adhesive and the food. Such functional barrier and determination of suitability are the responsibility of the customer.
