PH 4813
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
PH 4813 is a permanent polyester tape on a heat cuttable filmic liner using a high performance permanent rubber adhesive. PH 4813 can be manufactured in red, blue or clear film and is produced in finger-lift for easily removal.
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION
Liner: 50g filmic liner
Carrier: 17g polyester
Adhesive: synthetic rubber based with 33gsm on both open and closed sides
Total thickness: 128micron
PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES
Peel adhesion to steel (24-hour dwell) protected 1100 N/M open 1100 N/M
Shear adhesion to steel: protected 25 hours open 25 hours
Service temperature range: -20°C to 65°C
Recommended application temperature: 5°C to 50°C
Shelf life: Recommended 12 months from supply

FOOD CONTACT INFORMATION
Based on supplier information the components of the adhesive conform to the compositional requirements of F&DA 175.105 for indirect food contact. Additional to this compliance there should also be a functional barrier between adhesive and the food. Such functional barrier and determination of suitability are the responsibility of the customer.
